Ethos and Values

Regeneration is not something that should be ‘done’ to others. It should be inclusive and the principle
of subsidiarity should be applied. 

In regeneration, effective partnerships are often key to success, as we rarely work in isolation. Each piece
of work undertaken includes a consideration of partnership opportunities and implications. 

Consultation should only be undertaken where appropriate, as communities increasingly suffer from
‘consultation fatigue’, therefore every effort is made to use existing research.

Consulting approaches will embrace innovation and creativity, while remaining realistic,
cost effective and professional.
